The second phase of the review into the Australian Defence Force by the Human Rights Commission was released today, with 21 recommendations aimed at highlighting the gaps between men and women’s rights within armed forces.
With recent controversy surrounding sexual misconduct within the Defence Force, the  recommendations could well help solve transparency issues within our armed forces. But the question remains; with the onus shifted to Government and military power-brokers, will anything get done?
