Long before the horrendous summer bushfires, UTS Journalism students were planning an ambitious road trip to discover how regional Australia is living with – and adapting to – climate change.

Students travelled around the Mid North Coast, South Coast, Orana and New England regions, and they found that Australians in regional communities believe the climate is changing and are looking for options in the search for sustainability.

Students shared their views and reflections with The Wire.
