The National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (NACCHO) has made a submission to the Senate condemning measures that would increase the cost of healthcare for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians, such as GP co-payments and changes to the PBS. Instead, NACCHO said the Government should commit funding to Aboriginal community-controlled preventative healthcare services.
