Experts are already describing the Climate Solutions Fund as a failure.
Earlier today, Prime Minister Scott Morrison – the same guy who brought a lump of coal into parliament yelling ‘don’t be afraid’ – announced the government’s new climate policy.
The policy, shockingly, fails to tackle the fossil fuel industry but it does gives Indigenous communities, small businesses and farmer the chance to improve the environment and benefit from new revenue opportunities.
The real question is, is the fund significant enough to tackle climate change?
