Indigenous juvenile justice – still a long way to go

The House of Representatives Standing Committee on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs began its inquiry in February into the high rates of incarceration of Indigenous juveniles and young adults. One of the last public hearings for the inquiry into the overrepresentation of young Indigenous people in the justice system was held in Adelaide today.
