Indigenous families will be the focus of the expansion of early learning and parenting program HIPPY. Minister for Social Services Scott Morrison announced 25 more communities will benefit from The Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters program, bringing the number up to 100 locations around the country. HIPPY provides an at home pre-schooling service for children from 4 years, learning in the comfort of local group members from similar community backgrounds.
