Mental health groups are presenting their recommendations to the new Federal Government and its health minister Peter Dutton with the aim of reducing the suicide rate by 50 per cent in ten years.
The recommendations also include new improvements to mental health services as well as targets to reduce the stigma of mental illnesses in society.
