As the World Solar Challenge racing convoy arrived smoothly and silently into Adelaide this afternoon, it was greeted in Victoria Square by a fitting collection of cars.
The Adelaide Green Zone Drive, a showcase of the latest low-emissions vehicles, fired up today. Visitors to the showcase can compare technology and affordability, and even get behind the wheel of the cars on show for a test drive.
