Deepa, Alisa and Lizzie all come from different continents and are just three of the 500 women who attended the YWCA World Council in Bangkok. Although there are many differences between their home countries of India, Trinidad and Australia, all of these women are at world council for the same reasons – to learn, be inspired and work together to deliver grassroots programs and advocacy to support women around the world.
