How do you justify murder? Some would argue you can’t, but Queensland legislation says if a gay man comes on to you. you can.
Queensland legislation states gay panic advancement can be used as a partial defence against a murder charge, possibly even resulting in a downgrade to manslaughter. 6400 people have signed a petition to abolish these laws which so overtly discriminate against gay men.
