It’s estimated 20,000 children were kidnapped by Uganda’s Lord’s Resistance Army over the past 20 years. But after the army and the Ugandan Government signed a treaty in August last year, ChildFund’s Australian CEO, Nigel Spence, says the situation’s improved and forced abductions appear to have ceased.
