Infrastructure is one of the cornerstone budget measures designed to kick-start the economy, after all Tony Abbott is the “Infrastructure Prime Minister”. This is for the North of Australia. We are not entirely sure where the North starts, or what we might build there. “There are no plans” we are told. Projects must be proposed to the Federal government and they will decide. But what sort of projects?
