What’s being described as the worlds largest peacekeeping mission is on its way to the Democratic Republic of Congo, where fighting between the ruling hutus and rebel tutsis is spiralling out of control. Save the Children Australia has been monitoring the situation, and The Wire caught up with Acting CEO Peter Faldi a short time ago to ask him if we are seeing another Rwanda.
