A new study has shown that the rate of vaccinated children has been steadily decreasing, putting communities at risk of disease outbreak. The Australian Medical Association suggests this is due to misinformation about the effects of vaccination.
Dr Steve Hambleton says that not vaccinating could see the return of many preventable diseases. Greg Beattie of the Australian Vaccination Network says studies in to vaccinations are not conclusive.
