The South Australian State Parliament last night passed a new Industrial Law Reform Bill. But with the Federal Government debating changes to the minimum wage, how long will it be before this new bill is already outdated. The Federal Government say reducing the minimum wage will open the door to allow more people into the workplace–but very few people on the minimum wage agree with the theory. South Australian Secretary of the ACTU Janet Giles says things are already tough enough for low paid workers.
