The Australian Energy Regulator has proposed changes to the National Electricity Rules to ensure that electricity network companies can charge no more than is necessary for the safe and reliable delivery of electricity services.
People are complaining about the price of electricty and it only seems to be going up. The AER’s proposed changes would give it the scope to makea more effective and robust assessment of the costs proposed by electricity network businesses.
