You may have heard of the Intifada, the uprising famous for its images of young Palestinian boys throwing stones at Israeli soldiers. But have you ever heard of the Electronic Intifada? A website created as a supplement to the main stream media, the Electronic Intifada aims to provide an alternative voice that is not often heard. Ali Abunimah, an American-Palestinian journalist, is the co-founder and executive director of the website. He’s in Australia this week, on the 60th Anniversary of the creation of Israel and the separation of Palestine.
