Democrats promise windfall for Community Broadcasting

The Government has netted $200 million, with the sale of another commercial Radio Licence in Brisbane, prompting the Democrats to come out early with their pre-election Communications Policy. Senator John Cherry says its time some of that money was put back into Public Broadcasting. The Democrats propose an extra $9 million for the Community Sector.
