Critical talks in Geneva hope for Syrian peace

The death toll from the Damascus suicide bombing continues to rise as UN-sponsored peace talks are underway in Geneva. ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack on a Shia mosque which killed at least 60 and wounded dozens of others in the Syrian capital yesterday. US Secretary of State, John Kerry, is in Geneva for the talks and urged all warring factions to seize the moment to alleviate the humanitarian suffering in Syria and the surrounding regions. So will the latest bombings derail any hope of an outcome from the peace talks?
