A number of penguins and other marine life have been found dead, washed up along South Australian coastlines. Four sharks have also recently been reported on an Adelaide beach, unable to survive.

As the situation escalates, some experts say the cause of these shark deaths is still under investigation. But others are concerned these marine-life fatalities are linked to worsening toxic algae bloom, along with rising temperatures and impacts of climate change.
