Marysville is celebrating the opening of its new radio station, right next to the temporary village set up for the victims of the Victorian bushfires. Journalist Jill Singer went to Marysville on Sunday to help with their inaugural broadcast, which was attended by presenters and community members who were right in the midst of Black Saturday, and dignitaries including Victorian Premier, John Brumby. Here’s a snapshot of how the day went down.
