Communities protest gas plans for the Pilliga

Local community members and traditional owners of the Pilliga region in north-west NSW are planning protests at Santos’ Annual General Meeting in Adelaide next week.
The protest is in response to the company’s proposed plans to introduce coal seam gas fields in the area.
The plans could see one fifth of the forest covered with CSG wells.
