In South Australia, the Aboriginal Legal Rights Movement will be losing one of it’s most prominent campaigners briefly. But Parry Agius will come back better informed. He’s been named the winner of a Churchill Fellowship, to investigate Indigenous self-governance with the Sami in Norway, the Inuit in Canada and Navaho in the United States. He identifies the connection between land rights and indigenous self-government.
