Chinese feminists released, treatment of protesters still a concern

Earlier in the month five Beijing feminists were arrested after trying to start a campaign against sexual harassment on public transport. The group, labelled by some as the Feminist Five, earned comparisons to Russian collective Pussy Riot.. Very recently, in a move that has surprised many, the women were released after prosecutors decided not to press criminal charges against them, but human rights observers say this doesn’t mean all is well for protesters in China.
