China’s warning the latest meeting between Tibet’s Dalai Lama and President Bush will harm relations between the two countries. The religious leader himself says being awarded the Congressional Gold Medal sends a “powerful message” to promote peace and harmony, while President Bush has continued to urge China to welcome the Dalai Lama into the country.
