This Saturday, February 14, marks the 5th anniversary of the death of TJ Hickey, an Aboriginal boy who was impaled by a fence when he fell from his push bike. Witnesses say he was being chased by police however a coronial inquiry found there to be no wrong doing. Family and supporters are asking for the case to be reopened.
