As final decisions continue for 2032’s Olympic and Paralympic sports program, Australia’s Softball team could face exclusion from the Brisbane Games.
Australia’s peak Softball body has highlighted concern the prospective move could limit engagement with the sport long term in Australia and it’s sporting communities.
Softball is still set to showcase in 2028’s Los Angeles Olympics making it the sixth time women’s softball and the seventh time men’s baseball has featured in Olympic programming.
