Foreign Affairs Minister Steven Smith has announced that he and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will ratify the Australian Russia Nuclear Cooperation Agreement enabling Australian Uranium to be exported to the Russian Federation. According to, Michael Angwin Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Uranium Association, demand for Australian Uranium will only increase.
