David Hicks’ former lawyer Stephen Kenny is taking on another case of an Australian terror suspect. Thirty year old Sydney man Tallaal Audrey went to Kuwait to care for is ageing mother. While he was there, there were clashes between a militant group, Peninsula Lions Brigade, and the Kuwaiti police. A number of officers and militants were killed in the clashes, and some militants arrested.Some time later Mr Audrey was also arrested on terrorist charges and even members of the Peninsula Lions Brigade can’t work out why. Tallaal Audrey has joined other prisoners on a hunger strike. Ela Smith asked Stephen Kenny why.
