British Rabbi Dr Jonathon Sacks called today for government and community to help stop what is claimed to be a rising tide of anti-Semitism in Europe. Jeremy Jones, President of the Council of Australian Jewry says that racists feel empowered in the currrent world climate and Muslims and Jews alike feel under threat. In Adelaide Justice John Sulan is part of Project Abraham where the Jewish and Muslim communities will come together in a series of seminars which will take a historical view of Jewish/Muslim relations.
