Democrat leader Senator Andrew Bartlett has called for another enquiry into the intelligence that underpinned the decision for Australia to join the war in Iraq. He says the very terms of reference of the Enquiry made it impossible for any official blame to be returned to the government. He also admitted that the Democrats have a tough fight ahead of them in the Federal Election but that they will concentrate on the need for a strong Senate.
