Problems over mass migration of people into Europe are being tackled this week at a meeting of representatives from European and African countries, at Tripoli in Libya Senior manages from the European Union have been worried about a flood of immigrants from Africa, and they are determined to set up a general agreement to deal with causes as well as effects.Measures will include immediate border controls in both Africa and Europe, humanitarian air and assistance with economic development, particularly in creating jobs. Susan Holton is the Deputy Head of Current Affairs with German radio Deutsche Welle and she explains whether the EU is at crisis point.
