The tranquil area of Shoalwater Bay is under the spotlight again as the Talisman Sabre war games begin. The training exercises between American and Australian troops are attracting protests and a group known as The Peace Convergence has gathered outside the military area to raise their concerns for not only the environment, but Australia’s involvement in Iraq. With seven protesters now missing within the military compound, The Peace Convergence is getting the attention they desire.
