In our latest look at the minor Australian political parties we check out the Australian Democrats. The Australian Democrats are a familiar party to many after receiving 11% of the national vote in 1990 and holding the balance of power in the Senate for much of the Howard Government. However, they have been out in the political wilderness since receiving less than 1% of the vote in 2007.
