Australian Researchers at University Technology Sydney have developed world leading, flood sensing technology that uses the 5G mobile phone network to collect data.

Supported by the NSW SES, and working with TPG Telecom, Professor Jay Guo, Director of the Global Big data Technologies centre at UTS led the research.
