La Trobe University has been awarded 2 million dollars in Federal Government Funding to conduct a 3 year survey into the health and wellbeing of LGBTQIA+ people.

This survey will better help inform policies, programs and services that directly involve members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

The Director of La Trobe University’s Australian Research Centre in Sex, Health and Society, Professor Adam Bourne, spoke with The Wire’s Zachary Probert about the survey and what it will look like moving forward.
