230 Indigenous jobs pledged over breakfast

230 jobs were auctioned off to employers at the Marist Youth Care Centre in Blacktown as part of a new, government improved initiative, Vocational Training and Employment Centres, or VTEC. Despite the many different policies over the years, Indigenous unemployment rates are much higher than non-Indigenous rates. Jeremy Donovan, and Paddy Gibson, give different opinions on what needs to be done.
