The Western Australian government has offered the Noongar people $1.3 billion dollars to settle their native title claim over Perth’s CBD and the state’s south west. If accepted, this will be one of the largest settlements in history delivered to indigenous people. But, not everyone in the Noongar community agrees with the offer on the table.
