Every three seconds, a girl is forced into child marriage, ending her education and putting her at risk of abuse. Around the world, nearly one in three women and girls face violence, and in developing countries, half of all girls don’t finish primary school.

The 1,000 Voices for 1,000 Girls campaign is back ahead of International Day of the Girl Child on October 11. For the first time, both female and male celebrities are joining to support the cause.
