Majority of Australians believe coal, oil and gas corporations should pay for the damage caused by their climate pollution.

Commissioned by the newly formed alliance, Make Big Polluters Pay, the polling also found 75% of Australians are in agreement – climate change and extreme weather are contributing to cost-of-living pressures.

With a big percentage of these corporations paying little to no tax, the alliance is calling on Government to take action ahead of this week’s Economic Reform Roundtable.
