A controversial new report commissioned by the Israeli Government has made the unprecedented finding that there is no Israeli occupation of Palestinian lands.
The Levy report goes further to say the construction of settlements in the West Bank that have been going on since 1967 have and always will be legal. But many international observers are worried that the report may spell the end of a peace plan between Israel and Palestine. photo courtest of
