Friday, 5 July 2013

Produced by Bridget Backhaus

Story audio

But is Burma ready for the onslaught of foreign investment and wealth it's tempting.. and the corruption that comes with it?

Burma is quickly becoming Asia's latest hot spot for everyone from tourists to investors. The problem is, this young democracy might not be ready for the influx of foreign wealth and the corruption that may come with it. (Image by dany13 on Flickr)
